Amazing mountain views enhance the hotel experience.

Unfortunately, the heating in our room was excessively warm. We attempted to lower it, but it remained uncomfortably hot, forcing us to leave the balcony window open despite the strong cooking odors wafting in. The noise level was also disruptive. We could hear guests closing doors and other sounds from the bar area late at night, which detracted from our overall relaxation.

Comfort double room with beautiful view and a terrace and a sofa accommodated us perfectly. Everything was nice and the staff was very helpful and exceptionally attentive. Location: the hotel was next to the mountains and a hillside with beautiful views of the Saanen valley.

Loved the magnificent mountain views from the balcony. The heating was just too hot.

The restaurant was very nice which was a fantastic experience of traditional Swiss alpine food here, I had excellent dishes. Enjoyed watching mountain from the window. The location of the hotel was unbeatable and excellent - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Lake Lauenen.

We loved the amazing views of the Alpine mountains from our beautiful room's balcony. The hotel's location on a hillside provided a serene atmosphere, just a short shuttle ride down to the charming town. We also appreciated the clean facilities and the warm, cute service.

The limited variety in breakfast choices could use some improvement.

Excellent staff ,service ,restaurant and suroundings. You feel at home. It is the right size and you feel relaxed and at home. I strongly recommend it.

I highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, with fantastic views of the mountains. It has a good transportation service for free to the city and onto the slopes. Amazing mountain vistas from my expansive balcony complimented by friendly staff created an enchanting atmosphere! Dinner was delicious! What a joy!

The steep hill leading up to the hotel made accessing the main attractions a bit of a trek and the room temperature was at times uncomfortably warm. A little bearable adjustment would enhance the charm!
